  Use the grill space. The line ar 4:45 should Not be backed up by 10 cars at a stand still. When did McDonald's stop being fast food? Ridiculously inefficient at this site.

  Person taking the order had to get it three times to get it right, and there were only three items on the order (two of which were the same!).
  
  Pulling up to the window, the cashier made a dumb joke about getting the order wrong. Not a big deal, but THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG, leaving out one of the three items.
  
  I walked in to the store, showed them my receipt, and asked for my other sandwich. They kept the receipt and gave me the wrong thing again, a cheaper version of what I'd ordered.
  
  McDonald's is what it is. It's a franchise, so the food should always be consistent. All they have to do is not mess up the service. 1 star.
